The challenges seem to be coming ever quicker from
the Daring Cardmakers. Barely do I have time to finish one when there’s another posted.
This week it’s Keryn’s turn and she says:-
I know you've all got buttons stashed away somewhere, whether they've been purchased at a cardmaking store or you thriftily snipped them off DH's old shirt. I'd like you to find those buttons and use them somewhere on a card. They can be real buttons, craft shop buttons, die cut buttons, faux buttons or another type of button, surprise us all.
I’m still trying to use up some of my old stuff so for this card I’ve dragged out my Vibrant Colossal paper from Papermania. I still don’t know why I brought this because I really do struggle to use it.
Anyway, the pot is a Quickutz die and the flowers and leafs were cut using my punches. Some of these I’ve mounted onto 3D foam to give a bit of depth to the card and then the flowers have been finished off with either buttons at the centre or a spot of Stickles glitter glue.
Other bits and pieces used are Green brads, Green sheer ribbon and a Peel Off greeting.

Very pretty card!
This is really pretty. I love the little flowers with the button centres. I struggle with paper that I don't like that much but you have done a great job here.
I have this paper pack too, i know what you mean about struggling to use it, this looks great though.
Very pretty, nice and summery!
