DMC’S – Shabby Chic

Only a short post from me this morning.
I have to take my brother Keith to the hospital later to have a check up on his eye but couldn’t leave without posting my card for the Daring Cardmakers, dare this morning.

They’ve gone all ‘Shabby Chic’ this week and there are some fantastic cards on the blog to give you inspiration, so pop over and have a peek, yI'm sure you won’t be disappointed.

Inspiration was something I definitely needed because Shabby Chic is not a style that I’m comfortable with if I’m totally honest, still I’ve given it a go and this what I came up with.

A6 Card Blank – Craft Creations Embossed Hammer
Patterned Papers – Basic Grey (Sugared & Lilly Kate)
Paper Punches – EK Success (Retro Flower) XCut (Large and Small Flower)
Rubber Stamp – Papermania (Sentiments)
Inks – Ranger Distress Ink (Tattered Rose) ColorBox Fluid Chalk (Pink)
Pens – Marvy Le Plume (Brown)
Embossing Powder – Stamp ‘n’ Stuff (Clear)
Gems – Anita’s Tiny Gems (Two Sizes)

Large Gems
